Our business model is centered on assisting customers primarily through inbound phone interactions where individuals receive guidance on available service options.
This TCPA Policy describes our commitment to complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227), its implementing regulations, and applicable state telemarketing laws. These laws govern telephone solicitations, automated calls, prerecorded messages, and text communications. Even though our operations are primarily inbound-focused, TCPA compliance remains essential for all communications.
This policy applies to all telephone communications — including voice calls and text messages — made by or on behalf of Best Internet Bundle, whether initiated by the Company or conducted in response to customer contact.
This includes:
Inbound customer calls
Follow-up communications related to customer inquiries
Any outbound calls or text messages made for marketing, informational, or service-related purposes
We do not place telemarketing calls or send marketing texts using an ATDS, artificial voice, or prerecorded voice without legally required prior express written consent.
Where automated marketing technology is used, consent must specifically authorize Best Internet Bundle or clearly identify each seller authorized to contact the consumer.
We maintain an internal DNC list
DNC requests are honored promptly and permanently
Calling lists are scrubbed against the National DNC Registry at least every 31 days
Applicable state DNC rules are followed
Telemarketing calls are placed only between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. local time.
Calls clearly identify:
The representative’s name
The company (Best Internet Bundle)
A valid contact number or address
Consumers may revoke consent at any time via verbal request or standard opt-out keywords. Requests are processed within 10 business days. A single non-marketing confirmation may be sent.
An inbound call does not automatically permit automated marketing follow-ups. Required consent must be obtained first.
We follow FCC abandoned call rules and ensure agent availability.
Accurate caller ID information is transmitted.
Our model is inbound-focused. Customers initiate contact for service assistance. Any future callback features would include compliant opt-in disclosures and consent language.

Proper consent collection
Calls may be recorded, and callers are notified at call start.
We do not initiate unsolicited outbound marketing without proper prior consent.
We maintain TCPA compliance records, including:

Proof of consent documentation
Agent training materials
Consumer communication complaints
Records are securely stored for compliance and audit purposes.
TCPA violations can result in penalties of $500 per violation and up to $1,500 per willful violation, potentially including class-action exposure. We mitigate risk through strict compliance, training, and monitoring.
